Equality, Diversity and International Officer

 
The Equality, Diversity and International Officer shall:
 
-           Sit on the Equality and Diversity Committee as a Student Representative.
 
-           Identify and raise awareness of EO issues across College.
 
-           Raise awareness of discrimination issues.
 
-           Campaign against discrimination on any grounds.
 
-           Maintain and provide up-to-date information on EO issues campaigns and discrimination.
 
-           Represent the views of the international students.
 
-           Raise awareness across college of the issues affecting international students studying at the College.
 
 
-           Organise events for international student groups.
 
-           Liaise with other Executive Committee members and College staff to promote the interests of international students.
 
-           Act as members of the Executive Committee with all associated responsibilities.
 
 
Currently this position is vacant and will be elected in October
